Grace S. Clark has been married for over forty three years, is a mother of three and a grandmother of six. In 2002 she returned to college, graduating in 2005 with a Business degree in Accounting. She was awarded the designation of Certified Public Accountant in 2009. Grace spent eleven years working for a mid sized CPA firm in the Inland Empire specializing in tax and business accounting. In 2017 she chose to use her skills and knowledge to open her own CPA firm in Corona, CA. It was a good decision resulting in excellent growth year over year
Grace is a Past President of the Inland Empire Chapter of the California Society of CPA’s. She has served on the state Board for the California Society of CPA’s and represented the Inland Empire Chapter with the California Association of CPA’s. She serves as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations and does volunteer work at her church. Grace S. Clark, CPA is a proud member of the Corona Chamber of Commerce.
Grace’s passion is to teach financial literacy and encourage young people to enter the profession of Accounting.
Graduated from Corona High School in 2000 in Corona, California. He enlisted in the Navy on July 18, 2000, and completed Sonar Technician “A” school and “C” school at Fleet Anti-Submarine Training Center in December 2001. In January 2002, he reported to Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan for his first tour of duty, spending 16 of his 22 years of naval service in Japan.
During his time in the Navy, Phil had the opportunity to work as a maintenance technician, an acoustic analyst, a recruiter, a program manager, project manager, and a bookkeeper. While on active-duty Phil attended distance classes through the University of Maryland Global Campus receiving his associates of arts in general studies in 2010 and is on track to earn his bachelor’s degree in finance in July 2023.
Phil currently resides in Yokosuka Japan with his wife Ayako and his two daughters Emi and Ema.
Diana Gamez is the mother of two very active young boys who keep her on her toes.In 2019 she was awarded an Associates of Arts degree in Accounting from Santa Ana College.Prior to school, she worked in Finance offices. She is currently completing required coursework to transfer to a four year university where she will pursue herBachelor ofBusiness degree in Accounting.
Diana has been an integral part of Grace S. Clark, CPA since August of 2019. She performs monthly and quarterly bookkeeping services for business clients along with reception and office administrative support.
